Sounds good! I have my own concoction too. I put a can of good tuna (the kind you can tell is actually tuna) and a can of cheap tuna that looks like cat food in a bowl. Mix it up with an avocado, some salt, and dried Korean seaweed. I might add some crushed walnuts as well. It's pretty damn good and it's a hefty meal, mostly protein and fat. I've also put kimchi in it if I want something spicy.
