Snow monkey in Yudanaka, Nagano. The Snow Monkeys hang out in a hot spring (温泉) to fend off the cold. Because so many people come to this place, the monkeys are generally accustomed to the presence of humans (wielding cameras) and let you get very close. However, they are wild animals and they can come and go as they please. There are no fences or cages to keep them in the area. Only the warmth of the hot spring keeps them here.

Thanks!! :D It was amazed too. My friends took me to the park and I thought there would be a large separation from the monkeys like in a usual zoo, but nope! :D
